Project & Location:- World trade centers are the global concept and there are already 330 world trade Centre buildings in more than 100 cities around the world. Now it’s time for India to have world trade centers and what other places than Noida to have one in it. Noida is fast becoming the business center of north India hence it is logical to build more and more trade centers in the city. The world trade centers in Noida are being built by the World Trade Center Association which has its headquarters in New York, in partnership with the Spire World group. The project is spread over on 21 acres of land in sector 16, Noida. It is going to be the most sought after location to open an office in as it is located near Delhi, sports city, film city, F1 track, and DND flyover. Noida offers great business opportunities as 10% of total exports of India are done through Noida, it is also an IT hub as it houses more than 50 IT and ITES multinational companies, it is close to Delhi and has an abundant amount of trained manpower at disposal for companies. The center will offer some of the greatest business facilities and excellent work environment to the businesses it will house. There are going to be all kinds of business offices available in the project.
Entities:- The project will mainly offer office spaces in it. There will be two types of office spaces available in the project one is of furnished offices and other is of unfurnished offices. The furnished offices will be available in the sizes of 350 sq feet, 525 sq feet and 1000 sq feet whereas the unfurnished offices will be available of minimum 500 sq feet and in the multiples of 500 sq feet. The furnished offices are available on the 6th and 7th floor whereas the unfurnished offices are available from 1st floor to 5th floor. The furnished offices are available at Rs 7200 per sq feet and unfurnished offices are available at Rs 5100 per sq feet and the booking amount for the offices in the project is at least Rs 2 lacs for both types and the minimum investment in any kind of office in the project will be at least of Rs 24 Lacs.
Facilities:- The World Trade Center in accordance with its name will have world-class facilities in it for the owners as well as the tenants. It will provide the businesses with facilities like WTC clubs, full power back up, furnished offices, international trade desk, serviced apartments, restaurants and retail facilities, business center and travel desk, Expo center, trade workshops and seminars on key local and global business issues, state of art support facilities like video conferencing, internet access, word processing etc., temporary office spaces, meeting rooms, secretarial services, translation services, proper maintenance, special events, concierge services, special marketing and publicity, tenant communications, full security, state of art firefighting facilities and many more facilities to support the businesses housed in the project.
